HOW TO ORDER & PAY

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply select your size (there is a size guide for every item) and the quantity, then click ‘Add to bag’. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or you can proceed to checkout.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag, you only need to check out once. Then proceed to payment and select your payment method. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation before we start preparing it. Your order will then be shipped directly to you!


SHIPPING

Shipping Information

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday daily by 10 pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items.

ITALY - free shipping for orders over € 99.00

For orders up to € 99.00 the shipping cost will be € 10.00

EUROPE – free shipping for orders over € 300.00

For orders up to € 300.00 the shipping cost will be:

  • United Kingdom (Ireland excluded): € 20.00

  • Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Luxemburg: € 20.00

  • Portugal, France: € 25.00

Shipping Times: most of Europe: delivery within 5-7 days.

Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. Alea Fashion Industries cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.


DUTIES & TAXES

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees in all European Union, United Kingdom and San Marino.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order, you will receive an email containing all the details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery takes 5 -7 business days after it's dispatched. We will keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.


RETURNS POLICY & PROCESS

Return Policy

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

The shirts must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

Returns Process

Alea fashion Industries is pleased to accept returns for any purchases that meet our Return Policy.

Your returned item must arrive at Alea Fashion Industries no later than 30 days after your delivery date.

Send to customerservices@aleafshion.com an email specifying the reasons for the return.

Prepare your package with the return documents enclosed in your order and fill in the form specifying the reasons for the return.

Place any unwanted items with all original packaging inside a box and send them to:

Cancelling an order

It’s not possible to cancel your order. You’ll be able to return the unwished item(s) within 30 days from delivery date. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) you ordered. Contact our Customer Service for further assistance.


REFUNDS

Refunds

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be effected via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. We’ll keep you updated and you can check the status of the refund by contacting our Customer Service.

If you are eligible, we may be able to issue your refund as a credit if you want. The amount will be deducted at checkout the next time you make an order with us.

Faulty items

It is our aim that every item arrives in good condition and we hope you’re always satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t match the description you saw on our site, please advise Customer Service as soon as possible. We will arrange a return and process a full refund for the defective item.
